Dive site description: This was our May club dive, and I was buddied with Mark. Seahurst has a nice field of sea pens between 40 and 60 feet. We followed the bottom staying around 40', heading north in search of the barge, but never found it. I was happy to find a skate for the first time, a small brown fella. I followed him for a short while as he glided through the water. I also spotted another ratfish. This site had tons of brown and white striped nudibranchs, as well as a bunch of salmon-colored huge nudibranchs (pink tritonium). |
