Dive site description:
Dive 1:

We did a shallow dive along the two parallel concrete pipelines heading out from shore. We found a medium sized octopus near the beginning of the dive in only 14 feet, the shallowest I've ever seen one. My buddy found a tiny little white nudibranch. There were lots of crabs scampering around, a couple of rock fish, and once in a while a school of sea perch. The pipeline is covered pretty heavily in white and orange plumose anemone. As we followed the pipeline along, there were numerous artificial reefs to explore, made from criss-crossed concrete pipes, and some others made from some sort of steel tubs or drums with holes cut in them. The visibility was mediocre. On this dive, we never made it deeper than 22 feet, as the bottom is pretty flat for a long, long way out.

Dive 2:

We decided to head out further along the pipeline and see where it went. It finally started deepening at a sharper angle, and soon we found ourselves below 90'. It was pretty dark down there, and the visibility had dropped to just a few feet. My air supply was getting lower and I was starting to get a serious chill going, so we headed back.
